Enable Lync User with msg “Insufficient access rights to perform the operation”

There are 2 ways of work around.  But first try to use the command method in Lync Server Management shell, if can’t try to AD method as we want to minimize any changes in the user account

Method 1:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2466000

Method 2 :

Turn Advanced Features on in AD Users and Computers, locate the  user that is not working, select the security tab, click advanced and  select “Include Inheritable Permissions from this object’s parent” on  the user object you then be able to  add them to the Lync Server.
